Batman: The Dark Knight #5 - Scarecrow forcing Batman to ingest his vicious Fear Toxin, causing him to see many of his most intimidating adversaries.
He looked best this way in my thoughts.
It put the dark killer side of joker together with the comical quiet well, too bad they diddnt use it in many episodes :/
